Anne Ducros intervenes in the operations of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She joined the corporate finance department of Marvell in May 2015 after having worked for the mergers & acquisitions department of the UGGC Lawyers firm. Anne has acquired a fifteen years experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, she accompanies predominantly investment funds and large industrial groups in their acquisition, divestiture or reorganization strategies. She has developed a real expertise in both advisory and assistance to listed companies as well as in structuring of funds. Anne holds a master’s degree in business law and economics from the University Panthéon Sorbonne and speaks fluently English.
